Is your Ford's HVAC acting up—stuck on hot or cold, or not switching modes? This blend door actuator might be the fix. It's the main temperature/mode actuator (front left, driver side) that controls where the air goes and how warm it is. It fits a bunch of Ford trucks and cars: F150, F250/F350/F450/F550 SuperDuty (2017-2018), Mustang, and Lobo (2015-2018). Please double-check your year and model to be sure! The part number is 604-289 or 604289. It's made of plastic, has 5 pins, a male terminal, and a toggle switch type. Replacing it can restore your heat, defrost, and air flow.
