It's machined from a solid chunk of aluminum and has a slick anodized matte black finish. It fits right onto your K20 or K24 engine in cars like the Civic Si (2002-2015), RSX (2002-2006), TSX (2003-2008), and even K-swapped rides. It works with stock or aftermarket injectors and has three ports: an 8AN inlet, an 8AN outlet, and a 1/8 NPT port on top for mounting a fuel pressure gauge (gauge is included!).
